Newark Triathlon Club offers a range of training opportunities. They are suitable for all abilities, from novices to seasoned age-group athletes.
Swim

Open water swim training on a Monday night through the Summer (May-Sep). Sessions are often followed with a short trial run.
Bike

Zwift sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the winter. Group rides typically take place on the weekends through the summer.
Run

The YMCA track in Newark hosts Wednesday coached run sessions all year round. Sessions are varied according to the group’s racing schedule and focus on run form. We also run a session on a Monday evening through the winter, concentrating on run strength.
